Redwood County Woody Plantings

Southwest Minnesota has a need for ground cover and thermal habitat. The open prairie is very hard on wildlife during the winter months. The open landscape is also highly erodible from wind and water. With additional permanent cover (shrubs and trees) will increase survival rates of wildlife and reduce erosion.
