Tiger Lake Clearcut


Cottonwood trees on Tiger Lake WMA have grown to a height that is shading out the ground cover and completely stopped the growth of the undercover. Cottonwoods will be clearcut and burned, or smaller trunks ground for increased nutrients for soil regeneration. The ground cover will assist browse for Deer, Pheasants, songbirds and Woodcock.
