Grand Rapids Forest Wildlife Openings

Description

There are 97 wildlife openings totaling 210 acres that need to be mowed. These openings were last mowed in either 2001 or 2008 and missed their last maintenance and because of the time since these were last maintained, many of them have become very brushy and need to be maintained. Maintaining these openings could likely involve heavy duty mowing equipment or lighter mowing equipment depending on their condition. Mowing equipment will have to be big enough to handle thick brush/tree regeneration.
