Description


Canada milk-vetch occurs in all the major vegetation regions. It grows in mesic prairies, and on lakeshores and streambanks. It does best in the sun, on a deep, well-drained soil. It can form a sizable clump for an herbaceous plant---3 to 4 feet (1 meter) wide.
